This is the first home Wild Turmeric has taken to market, and we chose it for the way it holds light. Living spaces open directly onto the pool deck, glass slides away at the pergola, and a stone water feature carries sound through the ground floor from morning to late evening.

Trivandrum — the quiet capital that just became a port city.
The house sits 13 km from Trivandrum International Airport, roughly twenty-five minutes door to gate, with direct connections to the Gulf, Singapore, Colombo and the Indian metros.
25 km south lies Vizhinjam, India’s first dedicated deep-water container transhipment port. Its natural 20-metre depth sits within a nautical mile of the shore and only ten nautical miles from the east–west international shipping channel — the reason the largest mother vessels afloat can berth here without dredging. Cargo that Indian shippers once routed through Colombo, Salalah or Singapore is now handled on Kerala’s own coastline, and the corridor between the port and the city is the most closely watched land in the state.
